We think relantionship between price/quality could be improoved, regarding the size of the double bed rooms and the inexistence of a lift. Otherwise we loved it and hope to come back.

The toilet is the worst, it's impossible to take a shower because is small. There are only three channels on the TV and there aren't enought kitchen tools for cooking.

Hammering noise from piping. Woke us up in the morning. Web pages says internett services. This was not correct. There was no wireless, no hardwiring to the rooms, no PC's available for guests. We were told that if we wanted to send a mail we could borrow one of the office PC's! We brought two laptops from Norway and could not use them. Location in the city was good.

The location - South Kensington, was great as handy to Glouster Road tube station, cafes, banks, though we thought it was rather pricey on Australian standards for what you got.

Expensive but what you would expect to get in London for the money. Pubs nearby all excellent and a great location if you're planning to take in The Natural History Museum and The V&A. Gloucester Road tube is within easy walking distance.

Booking the accommodation from Australia via the internet you always wonder wether the photos and information is truthful. At first we thought the accommodation was very small but a quick unpack a rearrangement of the table and chairs it proved to be a real gem.The location for sigtseeing was great. It was so quiet. We would certainly consider staying again. Thankyou.

+ It was a very quite area. - We got a room in the under floor and didn't have any view out. We had a 1room appartement for 4 persons and we had expected a bit bigger room.

+ very good location, close to metro station, two supermarkets ( 24h open tesco ) lots of choices to eat, no traffic noise, helpful staff - very small rooms, especially the bathroom.
