I felt extremely welcom when I came to the hotel. The hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the location very good. I have no complaints what so ever ! Nothing at this stage and I will definately stay there at my next visit in London

Very conveniently located hotel, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester rd Underground station. Good value for money. Very clean rooms My room had a view on a blind wall. The reception is small and looks a bit Spartan. Same as for the breakfast room. If the hotel is full with guest and you want to have breakfast around 8, you better arrive on time !

The room was wonderful, the room service fast, it felt lovely and clean and very quiet. The sound for the radio via the Television was not working properly, but it wasn't a serious problme.

Excellent Hotel!! My daughter and I stayed in this wonderful boutique hotel for one week. The location is perfect...a block away from the tube and within walking distance from museums, Hyde Park, upscale shops and more. The room was clean and comfortable. The free wi-fi: plus, continental breakfast: tasty, the champagne in the evening: relaxing, and the treat in the room after each cleaning: a surprise. The staff was considerate and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, London's secret, to everyone!

Very Pleasant Stay Greatly appreciated the "freebies" (free Wi Fi, a few free films, free water, robes, slippers, great spread for a continental breakfast). Clean, stylish, pleasant hotel with a helpful staff, a great value for a London Hotel in a beautiful neighborhood minutes from the Tube!

The hotel was terrible, it was dirty all over the place. The shower was full of fungus and shit. The paint of the ruf was falling down to the floor. We told the personell that we could not sleep at this place , he showed us to other rooms but it was the same. We did not sleep there and find us another hotel. We slept at the Montana hotel instead. We had to pay for the first naight, about 1200 nok.kr. We where very disipointed.
