I have advised the hotel about late arrival, but they have rejected our booking due to late arrival and rejected to offer the room.

Not good, I slept ontop of the covers and wore flip flops in the shower If you are young looking for a place to go out make sure you head out to Piccadilly Circus. Tiger Tiger Club, Zoo Bar, Ruby Blue, and other clubs out there are so much fun! Make sure you go to the Absolut Ice Bar and then head to Strawberry Moon right next door! It is a blast! Have fun and don't stay at the Ascot! Spend your money elsewhere. Have fun in London! It's a blast!

The room very small. I can't open my lagguage on the floor. They provide the "penthouse" for me. I need to downstair to my room even the room shows in 1/F. There is ONE socket in the room. If use it for the Heater, no way to recharge the camera or mobile.
