Iwould have paid more to have a larger room. Reception staff were not very welcoming, in fact they were bordering on the unfriendly. Dining room staff were very pleasant but the cooked breakfast was not very appetising. My friend asked to have a light bulb changed on her reading lamp and was informed that there were none available. The blankets on the beds could be improved as they only came up to chest level. Again, perhaps the low rates paid influenced this.

Great value - Good place - Friendly and helpful staff - my main requirement is cleanliness, and other than being picky about a few years dust under the bed, the normally visible parts of the room are quite clean.

Staff friendly and Very helpful (if one thought we were going wrong they VOLUNTEERED information and were helpful on all issues). Cold breakfast excellent. Very good in suite bathrooms. HOWEVER - electrical iffy, we had 3 rooms. One had power problems constantly. Second lost 1/2 power, 1 light of 7. Furniture and interior painting of rooms on par with college dorms. So bring a flashlight and a sense of humor and this is a great place to stay, especially with a family. Note: Glister station not the closest. Earls Court Station 4 minute walk. We will use it again when we go back to London, some day.

Room and hotel served the purpose perfectly, affordable and clean. Other hotels seems to be way too expensive or cheap and run down.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful, courteous and well presented. The food was very good as was the location. There was ample staff at breakfast who were efficient at clearing the tables etc. In my opinion it was excellent value for money - I would recommend it.

Good Location and Value The Ambassadors Hotel is in a very convenient location at Earls Court. Although the room was small it was comfortable, clean and had all the necessary requirements eg TV, tea & coffee making facilities. We had some issues with some of the reception staff and although this was annoying it did not affect our stay. Would stay there again for the right price.
