All our bed rooms have full ensuite facilities, direct-dial telephone, satellite Television, hair dryers and tea and coffee making facilities. Baby cots available upon request, most of our floors are accessible by lift. All the 96 rooms provides all the comforts one could hope for and a wide choice of accomodation.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was good. I have to say though, the bathroom eas the smallest I have ever seen!

We appreciated what the staff tried to do for us but we had a leaking toilet the whole time we were there. Also the. noise from the young groups ,slamming doors,running and loud voices was concerning they had no consideration for other guests. If you take them in try and put them in one area where you can keep them under control.

- no hot water in the evening, luke warm in the morning. room was freezing cold and inadequate bedding.

+ Very helpful staff on reception on arrival and in the morning. - Bathroom was a bit small but then I wasn't disappointed for a £60 room.

+ Easy access to Paddington stn - I like to have a security chain / extra lock inside the bedroom door. feels safer when you are a female travelling alone.
