This was my first stay at this hotel. I found it excellent value for money, with a good location, comfortable room and friendly staff.I would certainly stay again.

Would recommend The room was small, as to be expected. The bathroom was even tighter. But the rooms were clean and the water was hot and fast. The location is really good. Two blocks from the Glouster St. Station which is a great underground line for central london. It was our hub for everywhere we went. Would definately recommend. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Get the three day or longer travel pass for the underground. Express train from Heathrow to Paddington Station (5 stops away from Glouster) is 15 pounds one way. Three day pass was around teh same and well worth it.

Standard double rooms tend to be much smaller than the accommodation shown in the pictures.

I travel a lot for bussines but now I can say that they have need to came in Italy and study how keep an hotel. I will never came back in thathotel

Rooms are on the small side, however, it was a great location with internet cafes and laundrette and supermarkets in close proximity.

Great Location but No Extras Great location. The Glouster Underground station is 2 blocks away and three different lines run through it. The water at the hotel was always lukewarm at best. My suggestion is let the shower run for a minute or two before getting in; it takes a while for anything but ice cold water to run through the pipes. (We were there during very miled London weather - low to mid 70s.) Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks The Glouster Underground station is 2 blocks away and three different lines run through it. Getting around London is easy and economical from this location. Buy an Oyster card!

Location is perfect. Very close to the metro station. Room was very smal

The room we got was very small (and usually we don't care about the room's size but it was VERY small) The breakfast was very simple. Other then that - everything was fine. Clean and good location.

Staff were charmless.Family room was large, and quite well funished but pull out double bed was pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic. Cleanliness was fair. Located on a quiet square 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube. We paid £150 for family room.

Okay hotel, good location! The rooms are very small and the carpet is disgusting, but everything else was good. We loved the location to a tube stop and Kennsington Park. The bathroom was clean, but tiny. The street is quiet and I think no matter which room you got, you’d be okay on noise. Traveler's tip on dining Eating in pubs is pretty reasonable.
