I was unsure about my booking after reading some complaints from previous, but for this great price the room was updated, nice, clean, great bathroom with hot, wonderful shower. Yes, it is the size of a dorm room, but i didn't mind. Nice breakfast area and location was very convenient to the gloucester tube stop. There was a dryer in the room. Liked that you could use the internet at the front desk for 3 pound per 1/2 hour. High, but a nice option. Appreciated the elevator after walking all day. Only omplaint is carpets were starting to look dirty. Desk had honor my email request for 2 single next to eachother.

The room that I stayed in did not look like the pictures on the website. I booked a non-smoking room and was assigned a very dirty, smelly smoking room. The width of the room was the width of a bed. The bathroom was so tiny you could not dry yourself in there after a shower. The carpet in the room was so dirty I did not want to put my bare feet on it.

Good location - a few minites walk from the Underground, neat and clean room, if slightly small (but better than many elsewhere), good continental breakfast included, pleasant staff.

I wouldn't have been comfortable staying for more than 1 night in the single room but the location and price made up for that for a short stay.

It's a good bargain in expensive London. Convenient for theatres and shopping. You go out all day, so it doesn't matter much if the room is charming or not. All you care is it's clean. Hope the bed is more comfortable and stains on the carpet be removed. Ask a room upstais, not the one in the basement where I stayed.

Adequate facilities with some minor niggles.

I have stayed here several times in the past and found it to be of a consistent standard. The rooms are small, but functional, clean and freshly decorated. There is no bar or restuarant in the hotel and thus you need to go out to meet up with colleagues

Good value for money, would happily stay again. English breakfast available for an extra charge. Staff friendly and as helpful as they could be. Room could possibly be too warm in high summer.
