    kind receptionist in morning time, unkind in afternoon cleanliness: carpets ,seats room in basement without windows (no wiev outside !!!)

    + It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly - The curtains were quite dirty which gave a feel that the room was only surface clean. They used single bed linen for a king size bed. We had a business package, but were put on the 5th flo

    + Cozy and friendliness of the staff. - I guess its what you get in London for £115 pernight but needs a lick of paint. Only reason I wouldnt recomend is that its a rip off compared with rooms out of London but thats not the hotel but the market place
