Tryp Alameda Hotel Malaga

Stayed here for 3 nights. Used it as a base to travel in land. The location was fantastic for ease of access to the airport (about 15 min away) and walking distance into town. The hotel is built into a shopping mall so everything is at hand. The evening staff had a very good sense of humor and all the staff were very helpful. The only thing that we were disappointed by was that we had to pay for parking. The nearest car park next to the hotel is probably the most expensive in Malaga at 25 euro a day, there is a second car park only a 5 min walk away which is just 15 euro. You pay for the parking at the hotel to get these prices. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Hard to find, not very attractive and a long walk from the centre. The lift closes suddenly and dangerously. The rooms however were comfortable, spacious & spotless and if you hire from Avis there is an agency in the foyer which saves alot of bother.

+English speaking receptionist and restaurant staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.Lots of choice good value for money. Very nice room and facilities in the room. -The restuarant closes at 22:00. Breakfast was supposed to be at 07:00.Still wasn't open at 07:45. TV all in Spanish. Pay to view films.After 22:00. All I could get to eat was pizza from across the road.Albeit ordered through reception. Street cleaners [not the hotels fault I know] out at 05:45. Radio through the TV didn't work.

Good Business Hotel that is relatively close to the Malaga Central Shopping District, Business Area, and Airport; Connected to large shopping center/mall; Parking Option is Nice.

The hotel is well located, the staff are friendly and efficient and speak good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and modern. We had to leave very early one morning, and coffee and pastries were provided in the foyer for us, which was appreciated.

Staff were extrenely helpful. We only stayed one night as we were passing through so unfortunately did not try any of the 'extras'. I have difficulty walking but this was no problem.

Good and nice hotel, reasonably placed in the center, fairly quiet (at least on one side).
