The Principe complex is composed of 623 rooms in three communicating blocks with spacious common areas, halls and a large reception area. The rooms, all with a lateral sea view, include a terrace, a complete bathroom (with hair dryer), telephone, safe deposit box, air conditioning in summer (from July 1st to September 30th) and heating in winter. The Principito apartments are part of this complex and comprise 170 apartments and studios for two, three or four people, with a terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. They are equipped with a complete bathroom (with hair dryer), kitchenette with fridge, telephone, music, safe deposit box, air conditioning and heating. The facilities of the Hotel and the Apartments can be used indistinctly by all the guests of the complex and are the following: three outdoor swimming pools surrounded by large gardens and terraces (one of them is for children), a heated indoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a multipurpose field, a playground, reception services 24 hours a day, a doorkeeper, a private car park, a reading room, the "Alcazaba" conference hall, a shopping gallery with boutiques, gift shop, newsagent's, hairdresser's, photographer, souvenirs and doctor, a supermarket, public phone boxes, internet points and laundry service.
