The woodlands around the finca cover an area of some 500,000 m² and are ideal for hiking, canoeing, or fishing for royal carp (in a 20,000 m² lake). The centre with its countless shops, bars, pubs, nightclubs, a bus station and links to the public transport network is approximately 5m away. Completely renovated in 2005, this apartment complex offers a terrace and gardens and comprises a total of 15 apartments. The 'Aquavida' spring in located within the complex.
