The hotel and its staff were great. This ones for you PACO!!!!!!!!! Going to Europe for the first time was a little scary, because of the language issue. This problem was solved as soon as I got to Los Molinos. Can not wait to go Back.

We were very disappointed by the food, so that we decided to cancel half-boarding. Meals were almost cold. In a 4-star hotel, we could have expected more from the service during breakfast : turning off the lights at 10.30 is something very "strange". Sauna, hammam and jacuzzi were off. We had to pay a lot to access them. Maybe low-season but that could be precised. Besides, the sports area is poor. Batteries are low on almost everything... Again, strange for a 4-star rated hotel. The sun, the excellent pool... Well, at least we kept great memories. Just a bit disappointed by facilities and the service.

All Review Photos The staff were exceptional at this hotel. They were always friendly and helpful by far the best service from a hotel in a long time. The hotel is very well located only 10 min away from airport, you should not pay more than 10...

This one is comfortable, clean, nice responsive service, and the shower pressure is nice and strong! ( a rarity) however, don't be surprised if the shower water comes out salty like everywhere else in the island. It's a great place to stay if you've rented a car, because they have a parking lot, and you cna go discover the island at your own leisure everyday, or simply walk the 10 minutes into the center of Ibiza town, which is charming and full of fun shops, bars, and restaurants. Ok, so it's not the lap of luxury, but it's far better than the others I've tried there. Be warned that the "buffet" dinner is not very exciting, and that it's at a certain hour. If you're not a smoker, make sure you specify it, as the spanish will smoke anywhere! ugh! ... It's got a lovely view, so it's worth paying extra for a sea view. The staff is pretty friendly and will be eager to please. I recommend this hotel mostly for people traveling without kids or traveling with older teens.

Front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. The view from the pool area and the park-like setting cannot be beat! Perfect distance away from Port and D'Alt Vila...nice stroll but not in the thick of the crowds. Carpeted rooms and hallways really cut down on the noise.

Ordered a massage & were told 80 Euros....then when we went to check out we were told there was a 16% tax on the massage. Never heard of such a thing & didnt get charged that anywhere else in Spain. Also, 25 Euro for breakfast is just plain stupid. I dont eat that much food for breakfast & there is not a place close to go. Suggest they give options for breakfast & not just one rate.
