I stayed at this hotel in August 2007... We were promised free use of the pool, and satellite TV. The TV was [--]! - Lucky to get a decent channel! Worse still, it seemed the hotel owners or whoever had rented the Bar downstairs to some itialians (they were friendly and good fun by the way!) - And the pool we had been promised the use of had been rented to them for their customers... so obviously they didnt want us using the pool without buying drinks etc... It seems they had a bit of a hard time as well... (found this they setup - [--] ) Worse still!!! - when i tried to complain i was treated like my opinion was worth nothing... it was almost like their attitude was "Hey, we willbe full this summer anyway, so who cares!" - Not a quote... just the sort of attitude i was met with! AVOID AT ALLCOSTS!!!

It has a beachfront location in a good sized room with everything that you need. There is a restaurant right next door & they make the best food & are so lovely! The pool is nice & the rooms are kept clean & tidy. No problems here what so ever

I have stayed in Ibiza many times and have never been as disgusted with my apartments as i was this time. There was no one to collect are key from on arrival. So we were sat on our suitcases for an hour! When we got our room key it would not open the door and we spent the rest of the week with the door unlocked. We also had no lightbulbs on arrival. The next day the electricity kept tripping out and the water went off for 24 hours. We paid for an apartment and were given a studio, we were promised we would be moved the following day only to be told there were no rooms. The room was next to reception and therefore very noisy, the ballcony view was a pile of rubble and the side of another hotel. On the second day 5 rooms were broken into whilst people were in them. Our room was not cleaned for the whole week and we had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls. On checking out there was nowhere to leave any baggage or a curtisy room to change or shower. As two females holidaying on our own we spent the whole week fearing for our safety. I would recommend ibiza as it is fantastic, but don't stay here!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to warn people about these apartments, as they are not safe..We had our apartment broken into whilst we were out, they stole my jewellery including a gucci watch, gucci ring, silver bracelet and earrings, travel dvd player, both mine and my husbands mobile phones, my juicy couture tracksuit, two of my husbands tops, his hair shaver and cash. The staff were not much help infact we actually believe the nightporter was in on it!! When we spoke to people about it the next day, most people had been robbed or knew someone who had been robbed. Two lads were in their apartment, one in bed and one in the shower when they got robbed!! This was a horrible experience, it ruined the holiday so much we came home early.

We checked in at 1.00 am and strait away realised, that it is not a 3 star hotel as it is advertised on GreatLateDeals, but an apartments, and even not a 3 star at all. One of our window locks was broken and maintenance guy (who actually gave us a key), instructed us to keep it closed by putting into window a piece of wood (sic!). The apartment was dirty and in a very bad condition. Sand on all over sofa and beds and the floor, tabs and sink in the bathroom was covered with lime scale, on a bedside chest was sticky spots and a coffee table was covered with some kind of white dust(apart from huge scratches everywhere) We haven’t tried to cook anything, as we were eating out, but even if I wish, I won’t be able, as frying pan was completely scratched off and glasses are dirty. Morning after we came to reception to find out what is going on. In regards to cleanness we were told that !some time some people are able to get in to empty apartments and to do a mess there! And I’ve asked, does that mean, that they cannot guarantee a safety of their customers? But he promised to send a cleaning lady to my apartment immediately ( she did came, but the only thing she done is tried to clean coffee table and it become oily instead, the spots remain untouched) We printed out apartment details from a web and came to a manager. The said, that it is a travel agency mistake and he is not aware, why he has: mini-bar, ironing board, telephone, laundry service, gymnasium, internet access, tennis court, money exchange and a luggage room in his description. Swimming pool belongs to a different people and to be able to use it, you need to buy a drink from them! When I’ve asked manager to put this on writing as I will need to present this together with complain, he refused and went out
