+ The location of the your hotel was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. - Its a shame that you do not offer non-smoking rooms, i will be maiking several trips to barcelona this year, but as my daughter suffers from asthma i will endever to find an alterative hotel. your hotel has wooden floors, therefore it was very noisy, especially early mornings. as a designer i would really recomend carpets in the hallways and rugs in the rooms.

A very attractive hotel which we will definitely use on our next trip to Barcelona. The location is in a smart area of Barcelona with lots of exclusive shops and far from the tourist tat of La Rambla. The hotel is convenient for Park Guell, Casa Mila, Sagredo Familia and is very close to the Metro for trips further afield. We had a lovely clean spacious room on the 7th floor with a great view. The breakfast buffet was good although they run out of things the later you go so go early! The staff were really friendly and helpful and I have already recommended this hotel to friends. Great value for money, too.

Excellent value for money; as the single room was spacious and qujiet, all new fittings in pale wood finish, good lighting, individualair conditioning/heating very good. Very helpful staff. Breakfast extra but sensibly priced . Garage in neighbouring building at preferential rfate - expensive of course, 25€ a day, but convenient and very secure with helpful staff. Be sure to get your carpark ticket stamped by the hotel and pay at the office, not the machine. Location good, a pleasnt area and right next to underground railway to Catalunya and a few minutes from metro Fontana.

Great location on a budget I was pleasantly surprised upon checking into the Hotel Via Augusta - the hotel is obviously undergoing refurbishment, and we had a back facing room that had obviously been recently renovated. The location is a mere 20 metres from the Gracia train station, which in itself is only 3 stops from the centre of the city. There was a very reasonably priced buffet breakfast available from 7:30 to 10:30 daily and snack vending machines for other times of the day.

- Windows locked by key and key refused by staff - it is an awful experience to use a bathroom with no windows. really small room, i booked a twin room and looks like i got a single with two beds. staff looks cold and distant, i never felt really confortable with them. would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Good price for the location. You are at a walking distance to Passaig de Gracia and Placa Catalynia and 5 min. to Metro Fontana - a very central line to the complete metrosystem. The staff are very friendly and professionals. We had a pleasent stay for 2 nights.

+ The hotel is in a great location with a subway stop only metres away and from here you can get anywhere in barcelona.the hotel was nice and clean but we didnt spend much time in the hotel because there is so much to do in barcelona. - The only one negative point is that the walls are paper thin and there was a gap under the door,so when any of the other rooms on our floor went in or out of there room you heard everything which woke us up a few times and on the second night some people must have checked in late so checking in to there room was very loud.

Fairly clean and central hotel for a fair price. Newly renovated room which was very nice. Minus for promised wireless internet connection which was not working at the moment.

Good value Although this hotel is not in the center it is well deserved by the bus and has a metro station very near. Rooms are new and are well equipped. At the reception people are just OK, they might not seem very friendly but they'll help you if required.
