We were delighted with this hotel. Not mentioned was the courtesy bus which will pick up and return to the airport.

- We selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and the availability of an airport shuttle service. as we had an early flight, we confirmed at the reception the night before that we wanted to take the 05:00hrs shuttle bus. the next morning we were in the lobby at 4:50hrs and wanted to get into the bus, when the driver told us that the bus was full and that we had to wait till the next one at 5:30hrs. it appeared that we were not the only ones who could not get into the bus. another 6 guests had the same problem.when we told the reception staff that the 5:30 bus was to late for us and asked for a solution, they were very unhelpfull. in the end we had to take a taxi to the airport, which was a rip-off as well, because we had to pay € 20,- for a distance of 5km. i think the shuttle service is badly organised. the hotel staff could have known that there were far more passengers wanting to take the first shuttle than the capacity (max 13) of the bus and should have warned those guests that there was only one bus at the time. furthermore i think that the staff should have tried to solv the problem. now they simply said that it was not their problem and that they could do nothing about it. the least i expect now from the hotel is reimburesement of the taxi fair of € 20. best regards, leo lezer

+ Close proximity to the airport.hotel shuttle to the airport. - There was no porters to pick up luggage for check out in the morning.we had to bring our own luggage down to lobby from our room.

Nice clean room and good quality hotel. Close to airport and had a shuttle every 30 minutes. Restaurant does not open until 8:30 in the evening, but the bar does serve sandwiches earlier.

Liked: spaciousness, design, discreete and professional service, that little "extra" every hotel only talks about but seldom offers (tray of salad, cold cuts and bottled water were brought to us without even asking when we arrived close to midnight!), complementary shuttle-bus service from/to airport, great background music...

the hotel has a taxi service every 20 mins to and from airport free of charge, which would have been good to know since we paid 13 euro for a taxi.

- Unable to get a courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel (at 23:45) and taxi fare was very expensive for such a short journey
