Great location wonderful buffet breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful when the wrong tickets for Barcelona FC (which we had booked on line) were delivered to the hotel, had a great stay

- I booked through easy to book and the hotel did not have my reservation. thankfully, the person at the desk found us a room and we waited about 20 minutes until the reservation was corrected. i do not know whose fault this was.

This is the second Tryp hotel that I have stayed in Spain. They are among my favorite places to stay. When I went we found this hotel through Priceline and haven't regretted the choice. Great hotel. Friendly staff and good service. Very clean and quiet. Good location for sightseeing and just walking around.

+ Well located hotel for the port and ramblas - Staff had real attitude problems and were very unhelpful , we had a suite booked but wasnt available so we had to take a fitness room at no discount , porter did not offer to take our bags on arrival or departure and never offered to get us a taxi although he was standing at the door , the room has cracked tiles in the bathroom , they asked for a cash deposit for some reason? and would not accept a 50 euro note because it had a small tear in it , if its customer service you want try the silken gran havana where we spent the rest of our vacation...better , cheaper rooms and service with a smile

+ They did not have my reservation when i arrived. however, i was able to stay there because they had rooms available and they honored my price quotation.
