Its proximity to the train station.Dirty carpets, depressing rooms.“I could not believe how ugly this hotel was. The carpets in the hall were very dirty, the room itself was depressing and ugly. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

This is definately the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. I have used www.venere.com several times and always been satisfied but after this time I will never use its services again. I feel completely fooled. The hotel was dirty and noisy. The staff was unfriendly and unclean. It was to put it simply: horrible. You have been warned.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in comparison with the price I had to pay in my entire life. The room is so small that I could not even walk around the bed, let alone opening my suitcases. In addition, they did not even have the TV working or connected. The reception staff could not speak English and did not offer to help me with finding the nearest internet cafe. They did not give me soap insisting on using their shampoo for hand washing etc. My anger with this hotel is so much that I am thinking of suing the City Government to allow this hotel to operate for fools like me, booking the rooms through internet.
