+ Cleanliness of hotel, gardens and pool area were lovely - Restricted opening hours of hotel pools, not open in the evening when you wat to relax after a day of sightseeing

This place is rubbish, the rooms smell like cabbage and so does the swimming pool. No affence to the owners but i would not recommend this to you because the location was terrible and kids kept you up all night and their was lots of violance in the nearby clubs

+ The general standard of the hotel and the facilities was excellent. since this was a leisure stay the pool was much appreciated. the gym was also a plus for my daughter - We found the "extras" (eg drinks, breakfast, laundry) more expensive than london prices.

I usually travel a lot with my company and know many hotels in Europe, but my last stay in Barcelona was really very good. This is an excellent hotel and people are very amazing. I am sure that I will come back there with my family for an extended vacation.

+ Large hotel with excellent facilities. the garden restaurant had great food and was excellent value. quiet hotel. - A bit off the beaten track although it was close to nou camp. food and drink was pricey but i guess you expect that in a 5 star hotel.

It is not usual to find a City Hotel with as many facilities(outside swimming pool, Spa, Gardens...) as this one.

I was in Barcelona last week for a congress with my company, staying in the Rey Juan Carlos I Hotel. It?s a very good five stars hotel, with many facilities to the business guests. The service was perfect and the rooms are very comfortable. But I recommend staying there more than two days, because there are many things to see in the city.
