A money saver - but no frills The staff was very friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. Also, breakfast was included. However, the room itself was like a college dorm room. Two twin beds, no TV, no phone. There was only a super-bright overhead light to use, because the lamp on the nightstand was broken. Also, the bathroom was very small, with the shower looking literally about the size of one square foot. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks I selected this hotel because it was one of the cheapest I could find in Barcelona. However, looking back on it now, we probably spent a lot of extra money for this place in the cab rides we took to and from the location (which is not near much of anything at all, at least nothing you would want to see). So, you might think about paying extra for another hotel if it’s closer to more things and at least has the twin beds pushed together.

Staying first night and next day in Girona before visiting Barcelona is wonderful. A really very special small city with great ancient buildings. We enjoyed it very much.

+ Fair price, breakfast buffet was sufficient at a low price, staff was very kind and interested on giving helpful information, internet service free of charge - The equipment of the rooms needs some improvement (eg. the shelfs for storing clothes within the wardrobe were missing, there was no possibility for placing of the suitcases). it was difficult to take a shower without setting the bathroom under water

+ Right near a train stop. i little hard to find the first time but ok. room was small and plain but perfect if you are there to see the city and just need a safe place to crash at night.
