The Ramblas Apartment is a smart, private 85m2 apartment that is located just 300 metres from Las Ramblas - the famous tree-lined boulevard, with the Liceu opera house and the Boqueria Market in the old town of Barcelona. The area is full of cafes, restaurants and nightlife options. Plaza Reial is right nearby, and is a focal point of the city with its restaurants and nightclubs such as 13 (Trece) and Sidecar. If you're craving a pint, go to one of the numerous Irish pubs on calle Ferran, there you can watch football on large screen TV. Also in this area is the shopping district which won't disappoint, also located in the old town. History abounds here with remnants of the Roman wall scattered throughout this area.Take a walking tour of where the city wall used to be. The Cathedral is impressive – all sorts of Gothic spires and a few remaining Romanesque elements. Construction of the present day basilica (much of it was destroyed in 925 by Al-Mansur), began in 1298 during the reign of King Jaume II, aka “the Just.” The façade remained incomplete until the end of the last century .The apartment is actually 2 apartments joined into one large one. Located on the 2nd floor and has lots of light, 2 balconies receiving plenty of sun. It sleeps up to 8 people in one bedroom with a double bed, another one with two single beds, 3 single sofa beds and a single extra roll-out bed. Total 8 persons. Thre is also 2 living rooms, 2 full bathrooms and a complete kitchen and a half. So central, you and your friends will be right in the thick of Barcelona!Cancellation PolicyCancelling with less than 7 days notice and no shows will result in a charge for the first night (including taxes). REFUNDABLE 200€ security deposit for this apartment. Upon check-in, you can either show credit card (nothing charged if no damage to apartment) or pay 200€ in cash (returned at end of stay if no damage to apartment).
