+ Staff was very friendly and offered us a free guide to the city of Barcelona as well as a map. We had stayed at another hotel earlier in the week that did not offer us much of anything. Rafaelhoteles Casanova was excellent.

- The staff on the front desk were variable. there was little confidence that what you asked would be done. they found it hard to recommend good restaurants and had little pulling power to get us into busy popular places.

this is the first time i stayed at this hotel. the location is very good near the subway. i think is more usefull for young people. sometime the noise from Gran Via de les Cortes is bothersome

Not impressed Take advantage of the great outdoor patio bars and restaurant on the beach. Carpe Diem was one of our favs.
