This hotel is expensive for what is offered, although it is very handsome and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are small and there is no seating except the bed. We were disappointed in the concierge service, which had been described as very efficient and well informed. We asked about going to two places. One had no record of our appointment when we arrived and the main exhibition in the other was closed for restoration. Both were out of the center of town so it was a real waste of our short time in the city.

Great location, concierges, modern, and clean. Small, so there aren't a lot of "in-hotel" facilities. Only "complaints" I have: rooms were a little small (not too small -- I'm just used to large and very luxurious rooms), bathroom door was weird (hard to fully close) to get complete privacy), and the lighting system was unnecessarily complicated (e.g. good luck figureing out how to turn the bathroom lights on bright without turning on the bedroom lights....). The issues are minor, though -- I'd stay here again.

Stylish and great location Couldn’t be in a better location. Free mini-bar which was a great perk. Ask for room looking over the street for great people watching. Traveler's tip on dining Fabulous tapas at Cerveseria Catalana around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay in a truly different hotel. This is not only a superb place to stay - one should also praise the warmth of welcoming. I can no longer imagine staying somewhere else in Barcelona.

Nice hotel but a bit faceless and overpriced. Our room was at the side so the window faced the concrete wall of a building about 1m away, not ideal in such a pretty city! Service was good though and I'm sure other rooms are nicer, although ours was allege

a great hotel with a different attitude to the services offered in a regular hotel (zeroom) You feel like staying by a friend in a foreign town

Hotel & room were very clean & modern. Staff were all excellent in paticular the ASK ME service. Only slight problems were the room was smaller than normal and no outside view from the room window.

+ location was very good - it was very noisy, the double glazing didn't drown out the noise from the street.
