Piso Diagonal is a spacious apartment built in 2006, situated on Diagonal Avenue, in one of the best known neighbourhoods in Barcelona, just 15 minutes from the city centre and the beach, and with easy access to other places of interest thanks to the vast public transport network in the Catalan capital. This privileged location means that visitors can reach any part of Barcelona easily. The Sagrada Familia and the Forum are 10 minutes away and Diagonal Avenue’s shopping centres “Mar” or “Las Glories” are just 5 minutes away on public transport. The apartment measures 80 m2 and has one double room and one twin room with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Guests will also find a large living room – dining room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, dishwasher, and microwave e.t.c), and a bathroom complete with bath tub, a 32” flat screen TV, DVD and two Hifis, one in the living room and one in the double room. Film lovers will enjoy the home cinema facilities. The apartment is full of natural light and has attractive wooden floors. Important: You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 150 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry.
