Great location Great central location, easy to walk to most sights, good access to subway and airport bus. Modern and clean, very responsive staff. Best to request room with natural light and windows facing outside, b/c there are rooms without proper windows, facing towards the elevators/hallway.

Barcelona’s Best This hotel was just awesome. The staff could not have more helpful. The location, not far (but far enough) from the Rambla is excellent. The terrace is a lovely place for a nice quiet drink.

Great hotel in great location Very clean hotel in a great location for seeing the sights as well as great for local transport (metro and aerobus are steps away). Service was excellent. Thanks to a previous reviewer who said to look out for the number 19 in order to find this place as it was hard to see the name of the hotel. It is next to an ice cream place called Farggi.

+ On arrival, the staff was great and seeing that they had not prepared the room yet and that my wife is pregnant, they upgraded our room to a suite. the room was excellent and our stay after that was memorable. the location was a big plus since we were right at the heart of all the attractions, shopping, etc. - In general the staff was very helpful with anything we needed, however, one of them was uncooperative after we complained that they hadn't booked the a restaurant for us. the mini bar was not working, but this was dealt with immediately.

+ The location was fabulous. hotel was clean and modern. - Not all but most of the staff including cleaning staff were not at all friendly, no smile or greating! the hotel room did not have a mirror! one little bin for rubbish in the bathroom! the hotel had no english tea!
