+ Staff were pleasant, excellent location, easy to find, close to a good vegitarian restaurant, and noodle bar - Yes - the room next to ours kept there t.v on late at night so we had trouble sleeping. the sound proofing wasn't good. their should be a policy about noise restriction. the hotel lift wasn't working one night during the three days we were there, so this is a big problem of older people or pregnant women. we were on the fourth floor
