I travel since more than 10 years around the world, and it is the hotel with the worst room service I have ever seen, hopefully I have spent only 2 nights there, the lady answering my call made me feel I was there for free or asking food for free,...

The service was great! The person in the reception was very friendly, I asked for a bigger room and they changed it inmediatly (my fortune that many people were checking out). The cleaning lady (dominican) was very nice.

+ The reception staff were very helpful. - Not particularly didn;t like, but my room wa near the cleaners to, which seemed to operate 20 hours a day. The restaurant staff weren't English speakers, but that is not uncommon. They were pleasant.

The hotel was amazing value for money. I was surprised at the standard of decor and general appearnce overall...the one problem I had was that there was no room service...due to august holidays, so you could not get a coffee or anything but in Barcelona
