The classic, 70m2, 2-bedroom private Modernist Apartment is located in an historic building in one of the best locations in Barcelona, Spain on the corner of C/Aragó and C/Balmes. Close to the Gaudi buildings on the chic shopping mecca, Paseo de Gracia it is also a short walk to the city centre, Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The Eixample district in which the apartment is located is full of shops on Rambla de Catalunya, gourmet stores full of Catalan delicacies and dried sausages, and some of the city's best restaurants. Tragaluz group has several trendy restaurants in this area on a pedestrian street between Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia- el Japonés and Tragaluz, a Japanese and fusion restaurant with chic, minimalist décor. Thai Gardens on Diputació is just one of the international restaurants in this cosmopolitan city, and has a spectacular interior and waiters are all in traditional dress. This first floor apartment sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, both with large double bed. It has 1 full bathroom and a kitchen with all the amenities. The layout of the apartment is such that there are 2 separate common areas allowing the 2 couples to have their own privacy in the same apartment. This spacious apartment accepts only quiet couples and families, and no parties or loud noise is permitted. It is only a 5-minute walk to Las Ramblas, the cathedral and the Gothic Quarter. There are several metro stations very close - Passeig de Gracia and Pl. Catalunya (lines 1, 2, 3 and 4). Nice, well-appointed apartment in a great neighbourhood, close to most places of interest in the city. A large apartment in the Eixample neighbourhood of Barcelona! Note: Refundable 200€ extra is required as a deposit. Refund of the deposit will be made upon check-out, assuming no damage to the apartment. Cleaning extra charge of 30€ must be paid upon arrival.
