Mercury Hotel

+ Staff very helpful hotel clean and good location - Did not enjoy breakfast

+ Barcelona.. well they were many families and older people.. not too many young people by the time i've stayed there. barcelona is about 1hr by train where i've spent most of the time. in general the hotel is located quite good next to the sea and nice beaches. the food was ok, also stuff.. the building is new, modern! - No actually everything was fine, cheers x

+ The swimming pool is very nice and the beach is very close. literally few minutes walk - No fridge or kettle in the room for use

+ Good location, car parking, breakfast - Rooms very smell of smoking

+ Hotel and facilities were really good. beach was lovely, resort was exceptionally clean. - When booking hotel i requested a hotel in barcelona, it took 3 trains and approx 1.5 hours to get to hotel from barcelona airport.

+ The food was good. there was a pleasant atmosphere at the hotel. the lifts were in good working order and there was never any difficulty in getting one even though it was a large hotel

+ The train station opposite was very handy to get into barcelona. - The room was very noisy, we could hear the person next door snoring as the soundproof was very poor.

+ Beautifully decorated. easy access to train station. lovely sea views. fairly priced hotel. cheap drinks. - Entertainment wasnt good. gym wasnt advertised at all, even though there was one. dinner was very poor, dated menu. not very well cooked.

+ The hotel was very clean and modern. it was close only 2 minutes away from the train station which made travelling to other places very accessible. it was also very quiet which we prefered. - We felt that the hotel was understaffed and the breakfast was very basic.

+ Nearness to the beaches - Food is terrible! also, most of the staff not very friendly.
