Las Ramblas Apartments Iii

+ Great location - The collecting of the keys is not ideal. as we had a large group of people it would have been better if we had more than one key for each appartment.

+ The location of the apartments was excellent. it was near to central barcelona. the apartment was clean and well maintained. - I was not informed of the deposit refund policy prior to booking. i was expecting to put down a cash deposit since your website stated this was possible. i assumed since i was putting down a cash deposit i would recieve a cash refund. i was told upon arrival that the refund is applied to either my credit card or a bank account. this was not convenient at all. also there was no mention by your website or the reception at the "key pick up location" that construction was occuring immediatly downstairs from our 2 apartments we booked. this made it impossible for us to sleep during the day and the water was turned off at our aprtment during our stay.

+ Great hotel - A very high deposit and i was weary of sending bank details over email

Great Apartment, Terrible Check In Great 3 bedroom apartment - highly recommended if traveling with teenagers and younger kids too.

+ Close to las ramblas, shops and restuarants - Arangements for getting keys is unacceptable. won't recommend to friends. apartment a bit disappointing. web page made appartments look very luxurious. bathrooms had no ventilation and were smelly.

+ The apartment is in a great location of the city, perfectly situated for seeing all the sights. - No air conditioning in the apartment

+ Lovely apartment, brilliant central location. clean and tidy too - Cd player did not work - only go changed on last night after phoning and phoning! also staff in and out - someone came to drop off/pick up microwaves etc buzzing us to let them in although we were told not allow anyone in...!!!

Great Apartment, Terrible Check In Great apartment, fantastic central location - but no parking available at the premises and checking in was about a mile away from the location and quite difficiult to find. Lukily we had rented a car but wouldn’t have been easy if we had been dropped off by a taxi. Parking was a major hassle and was very expensive - had to use a public parking lot - a bit scary to use late at night. Apartment was fresh and clean but very hot on arrival. Location was very central - noisy during the day, but much easier later at night. Don’t be put off by how it looks from the outside. Would like to stay longer next time. Great 3 bedroom apartment - highly recommended if traveling with teenagers and younger kids too.

+ Very comfortable - We were only 3 people but the accommodation was suggested it could take 8. there weren't enough plates etc for 8! would have liked an iron and ironing board included. no towel rails for our towels to dry. tv was only in spanish, no english channels.

+ great location - A bit of a hassle collecting keys collection point needs to be closer to accomadation especially when you have 3 kids in tow !
