Rooms are basic, no TV. Staff weren't pleasant. The hot food at breakfast was always luke warm. Although the hotel was off Plaza Catalunya it was still very noisy. We e-mailed them in advance to tell them it was our 25th anniversary and could we have a nice room. They totally ignored it. Wouldn't recommend it.

very convienient location at the heart of the city hotel is extremely well situated just metres off the main catalunya square. rooms are simple and could do with a refresh in parts. OK but doesnt justify the relatively high prices.

+ The hotel staff were decent guys. helped me carry my baby to the elevetors and opened the door for me. free safe to use for 10 euro deposit. - No kettle of coffee.

after taking bath in early morning finding out that no towels where available in bathrooms or elsewhere, annoyed me enormously. When saying say to reception-staff on checking out they did not know what to answer

+ The View from the Balcony, amd size of room with the extra bed - aircondition / ventilationsystem seemd to let in smoke from the room next door.
