+ Good location, clean rooms if not a bit small, free water and use of computers - Air conditioning didn't work and after complaining was told it would not start working for another month - very uncomfortable nights sleep due to heat. walls between rooms vey thin

Good comfort kit, English speakable staff. Too long time to check out.

+ The complimentary tea/coffee and mineral water was welcomed. rooms were very nice and of a high standard. - We had a room at the front of the hotel and were disturbed during the middle of the night by people outside leaving pubs/nightclubs.

Excellant hotel and location, lovely outdoor area

+ Everything was perfect. one notices that the hotel is a very new one. the staff was even so kind as to change our bed and sheets to "matrimonio" as there were only twin beds in the room. the view from the room (back sides of other blocks with balconies) was very entertaining. the hotel is very central and the price is ok. - There are mainly twin beds and not double beds in the hotel. try not to get a room with no real windows in it! the tea water in the coffee machine was only strongly chlored tap water.

The staff is very friendly. The quality of the hotel is very good. The atmosphere is very relaxed, a quiet spot in the middle of Barcelona.

- The hotel is very styleish, but rather soulless. there is a luange and terrace area but no bar facilities

+ Very friendly staff, excellent location as compared to price, clean and simple - Only english tv channel was cnn, small room, there was barely space between the wall and the end of the bed

+ The hotel is located in a really convienient street just off las ramblas near liceu metro stop & palau guell with easy walking access to all areas of the city. the hotel was spotless & the staff extremely freindly & helpful with all queries. the room was really clean & was exactly as seen in the photo's on the website. the shower was glorious! the hotel itself was quiet with fairly few rooms which added to its charm. the staff kindly located us on the 5th floor in a room with a double bed (most are twins) with the added bonus of a small terrace & sun lounger. i would recommend asking for a double in advance if required as they seem in short supply. the free supply of apples, water & tea & coffee in the downstairs kitchen area were an added bonus. i would have no hesitations recommending this hotel to my freinds and family!

+ Excellent location just a few metres off las ramblas and placa de rei. plenty of good resturants within walking distance. 6 or 7 mins to placa catalunya in one direction or the harbour in the other direction. lots of convenience stores on street. ideal location. would recommend to anyone but its modern style may not appeal to everyone!
