+ Staff were very friendly and helpful - Air conditioning took time to kick in;shower gel/shampoo ran out in the morning but too late to do anything about it;ordered a morning call but it did not happen (it was not a problem as we had woken up but if we hadn't...!)

+ It was a very pleasant hotel. staff were fantastic and very helpful. - Lift broke down and would not suit elderly folk especially if you are on the top floor - as we were.

+ The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful - Only a very small thing. british people like to have butter with toast and i asked for this but couldnt have it. i accept this because i am in spain and you don't have butter with toast but it would have been nice to have this as it was a small request.
