+ Good disabled access - Expensive breakfast at 16 euro for an avrage buffet, does not cater for veg much

Good Location This hotel was a good location, close enough to Las Ramblas but not in the mess of people

+ Excellent facilities. staff very obliging. reception staff spoke good english which is always helpful.

+ Pleasant time had by family of 5, although we didi not eat in the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very spacious rooms, food in hotel was very good. Convenient for Metro at Espanyol and the Olympic Park but the large exhibition centre opposite is not very attractive

Really impressed deserves a 4 star rating..location is good too

+ Staff were very helpful and spoke good english - a bonus as my spanish /catalan is very limited. the hotel is a short walk to the metro which takes you to all the major tourist attractions. my 18 year old daughter & i had an executive room with 2 large beds - this was ideal - bathroom facilities similarly were of the highest standards. - Minor grumbles were the fact that the restaurant was being refurbished during our stay - would have been nice to have been pre-warned and the air conditioning in our room was virtually non-existent - not ideal in early august with temperatures in the 90's during the day and not much cooler in the night.

+ Room size,bathroom, 2 king size beds - Breakfast not included in the high prices of rooms and limited choice of continental breakfast

+ Very helpful staff, rooms clean and well furnished. easy access by metro to everywhere we wanted to go. - Air conditioning unit leaked on first night but problem was sorted without any fuss
