Hotel Eurostars Parc Del Valles

+ Located in a nice part of barcelona. - We were a couple travelling to barcelona for the first time and we were given two single beds for our stay rather than a double. cleanliness of the room was good but we were often short of towels and bed sheets that were simply taken for cleaning but not replaced. the internet service was very expensive and not always available even though you will have paid for it already.

- Miles away from barcelona, the train station nearest is cerdenyola, which isnt listed anywhere on the website!

Good, but out of the way We used this as a cheap hotel for the night prior to our departure from Barcelona. (We had a car and a GPS navigator, so we didn’t need to be close to the airport.) It was actually better than we expected - modern building, relatively new, well-kept, and well run. Room and bed were both very ample; bathroom spotless and modern. Only negative comment was that we arrived at night and left early in the AM (still dark), and the neighborhood looked slightly seedy. That opinion might change if we had seen it in the daytime.

+ The 2 young staff members doing the breakfast buffet were extremely pleasant and very helpful. the buffet offers a wide choice and the staff keep it full and clean.

+ Het hotel heeft aardige faciliteiten. het zwembad was zeker 'ok' te noemen evenals de kamerbedden en de badkamer. - Het hotel bevindt zich in 'the middle of nowhere'. zonder navigatie bijna niet te vinden.

- I was especially asking for king size bed but when arriving we were giving a king size bed but in a smoking room. i asked for a non-smoking room which we got - but surprise ... the bed was much smaller than a king-size. in fact were 2 single beds next to each other. when i was asking for a king-size bed - it was told me that only king-size beds are in smoking rooms (??) - which i don't believe. so we had to accept a room where myself and my wife to sleep in two separate beds. a third bed was brought for our son ... irritating experience. otherwise the hotel is acceptable for the money we paid...

+ Superbly clean hotel. excellent value for money for this short break given the quality and size of the room and facilities. - Bar food had limited choice on the saturday night and was quite expensive for the quality of the food we had.

nice place it you are passing through the pool was drained and the sauna was not working. the bathrooms in the gymnasium were locked. internet in the hotel room was very expensive. great restaurant. good parking. nice to be out of city so you do not have deal with the traffic.
