Hotel Constanza

Elegant, modern room (lots of marble); convenient to Pl Catalunya airport bus stop where taxis are waiting to take you to your destination.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Very central. Modern, clean and quiet, notwithstanding it's central location. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

When we first arrived we were pleasd with the location and the rooms. As the week progressed we noticed our rooms were not being cleaned properly and would often not have essentials, like toilet roll replenished. One the last day, in conversation, we all realised that we all had several items missing (make -up, a pashmina etc). The next day a pair of gold earrings (secured within a jewllery bag inside a case) and a top from the wardrobe was taken. We tried to address this with the hotel and they could not have been less interested. They lied to us about the procedure of reporting a thieft in a hotel (we later checked witht he police) and were completley unhelpful and rude. DO NOT go to this hotel.

The hotel and staff were great. Nice location. Room had ample space. It is Europe; so don't expect tons of room. Bathroom is very modern and not as functional as it could have been, but it looked pretty! Would definitely stay here again.

El hotel está muy bien situado, es moderno, limpio y agradable. Totalmente recomendable. The hotel is so well located, is moderm, clean and confortable. It´s totally advised.

I guess the Hotel quality is little suffering the fact it is not completly ready yet, by the way my personal opinion is very positive.

The staff was helpful and friendly, even with a language barrier. Although the room was small but it was imaculate and very modern, like a page out of a design magazine. A great location on a quiet street but only blocks from the center of Barcelona. Only problem was the English language channels on the TV were out of service, but who needs the BBC when you have Barcelona just outside your door!

Excellent location, on walking distance to all main points. Small, but clean rooms. The only disadvantage was that we had a very small bathroom with a door which was conflicting with someone who is washing him/her selves.
