If you like noise and springs for beds stay here Not a restful place to stay. Very noisey all night and the beds are not confortable. The service at breakfast was grumpy ladies. They must stay at teh hotel and get little sleep. Not a very nice place for the price

Good hotel prior to cruise Hotel is located on a busy street a short walk from Rambus and 13 Euros taxi ride to cruise terminal. It has big and clean rooms and breakfast is good. Subway station is right out front so transportation is easy. Lots of restaurants around.

Accommodation was excellent, four star but not lacking anything and you leave feeling extremely pampered. There is air-con in every room, and an individual climate control. Also included in our room was: mini-bar (not too expensive either), tv,...

The worst hotel I have ever stayed!! Staff quality was terrible! Especially the staff named :Juan My room lock was broken and couldn't double locked from the inside, when I compalin to the recepition, the staff named "Juan S. Blazquee" told me that there were no room for me to change. But after further checking, he again told me that there's only 1 room left but the lock's broken, too. When I asked him "Is it normal that all locks in the rooms of your hotel are broken?" He answered me that" I only work in this hotel and don't personally stay in this hotel, therefore I don't know it is normal or not" What an answer is that??! I later requested to take a look another room and found out the lock worked perfectly normal. I asked him why he lied to me and wasted my time(wasted more than 30 mins and I was in a rush for the soccer match) and we had some arguement in the reception. He was totally rude and competely bad in attitude. He hit on the table, shouted at him loudly and even pointed his finger in my face. I felt totally humiliated. Hotel that allows such kind of staff to exist doesn't worth 4 stars. Even there is a minus point I can choose for the "Service", I will choose minus 1,000. Never stay in this hotel, or if you need to stay, pls try to avoid this "Juan". After I sent complaint to the hotel, the hotel manager only replied that they have talked to those staff and customers who withnessed and no one agreed who I said. Anyone beleieve that the hotel manager really talked to any customer 2 weeks after the incident?! He just simply believe what his own staff have said and claimed his client telling lie!! Is that what they call customer service? Worst hotel, worst management, worst staff!

The hotel has a great location, next to a metro stop and three blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to LaRamba. The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. My only complaints are the beds were very uncomfortable and we requested a smoking room...
