The 2 star hostal is surrounded by a cozy and friendly atmosphere and is close to commercial areas; cafes; bars; restaurants and local entertainment. The hostel is located in the center of Barcelona and is just a few minutes from the Ramblas and the main tourist sites. All rooms have private facilities and feature a TV and heating. There is no breakfast provided but located close to the hostal you can find plenty of nice cafes; bars and restaurants. The hostal has parking facilities in a garage close by but this is not included in the room rates. There are parking possibilities next to the hostel at an additional charge. Additional Information; Children aged 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

+ The hostal centric was fine, central and most important clean, lovely clean sheets. but it was basic with no frills and more than adequate for our needs as we didn't spend a great of deal of time there. there was no tea making facilities which i missed but it wasn't too much of a problem as we took our own kettle. the staff we very pleasant and friendly. the web page was very accurate it "did what it said on the tin" so to speak. overall no complaints. - A lift would have been nice and tea making facilities.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hostal. It was very close to the famous Ramblas and other important sights. In the neighbourhood were some really nice cafes to have breakfast.

A lovely place! We had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay at Hostal Centric again. We had a twin room, with bath/shower. We had come from Paris and Rome, where I had booked the cheapest accomodation that I could find. In comparison, Hostal Centric was utterly luxurious! It's located very close to a number of subway stations - very central. A lovely stay.

I found the staff very helpful with any queries that I had. location was perfect, only 2 mins from the Metro abd 5 Mins from Ramblas. Overall a very pleasent stay.

+ Clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, walking distance of restaurants, bars,cafes and transport systems. - My room was on the 4th floor, there is no lift/elevator, so you have to be reasonably fit and agile!!!!
