- Air con didn't work

+ Superb location, modern rooms and good service. good value for money. - The breakfast wasn't very well stocked when we went down, even though there was still 30 minutes left. just because we were the only ones still there it felt like they didn't want to put out any more fresh food.

+ Very central position, with supermarket, shops and restuarants on the doorstep. very close to plaza catalunya for tourist information and trips. - We were dissapointed that there was a very bad leak in our bathroom that woke us up several times. we also noted that the wallpaper behind the bathroom was damp and peeling, therefore allowing us to assume that the leak had been there for quite a while. when we informed staff we were told somebody was coming out to the hotel in an hour or we could chnage rooms. we did not want the inconvenience of moving roms so waited for somebody to come and fix it, but alas, nobody came. when we approached reception again, we were asked to change rooms. we had no apology. we were very dissatisfied with the level of customer service.

+ Central location, good aircon, quiet. - Mini bar empty, bin in bathroom was not empty ?

+ Location - Should have tea and coffee making facilities in room

+ Location was great. day staff were very helpfull. room was clean. - Night staff were...example: "could we have two extra pillows?" reply "not possible" "but could you leave a message for the cleaners to leave two extra ones in the morning?" "no!...not possible". it was only a small thing but it left an impression. oh and the coffee machine never worked but lets face it...neither of those things are the end of the world when you are with a beautiful woman who makes you smile just by looking into her eyes.

+ Room finished to high standard. clean. helpful staff. excellent location with metro very close by. - No english tv. no coffee machine instructions - could be dangerous.

+ Good location, nice staff and clean rooms: actually all we needed! - There are small rooms, very small rooms and the room we had in city pelayo hotel... breakfast lounge was bit unpleasant: subzero without any direct light. we decided to have breakfast outside on a terras nearby, a far better choice.

+ Firendliness of the staff and also the magnificient way they kept the hotle clean and tidy to a high standard
