+ Friendly helpful staff - No tea making facility in room occasionally noisy in the night. hence not perfect or business o mature travellers who like quiet. doors slamming. emergency ehicles at all hours could be heard using their horns excessively (this is really a complaint about barcelona)

+ Hotel was well located for casa battlo and casa mila. only a 4 min walk from casa battlo, which is on the bus turista red & blue routes. hotel room excellent, lots of nice toiletries in the bathroom. - Didn't have the breakfast, thought it was too expensive, went to fresh & ready each morning, across the road from casa battlo, never spent more that about 4 or 5 euros in there.

+ Hotel was very convenient for all sightseeing. rooms were very quiet and comfortable - It would have been usefull to have had breakfast in the hotel but it was too expensive. much cheaper to eat out.
