+ Very friendly staff, offered valuable information and leaflets to get around barcelona, generally clean and quiet room and hotel location. very importatant - close to metro station! - Room price rather high (no breakfast included), cost of minibar drinks unusually expensive for the category of the hotel, safe charged at extra.

+ Very clean and modern and very pleasant front desk staff. Also easy access to Barcelona's excellent underground rail system and hence to all parts of the city. - Breakfast prices were a bit high - perhaps a coffee and croissant option at a lower price i

Breakfast consists mainly cakes and pies, no fresh fruits and green vegetables (tomato, cucumber etc): On Sunday there was no room service at least our room was not made up.

We were very impressed with the standard of the room, especially the bathroom. The dark curtains ensured a good night's sleep! The location of this hotel, just a few minutes from the metro, makes it ideal for getting to the centre of Barcelona.

Helpful staff. Perfect English. Modern, clean rooms. Spacious lobby. A little noisy from scooters/motorcycles, but much less than busier streets.

+ Outside the city centre but within 20 minutes walk. Lots of and very reasonably priced little bars and cafes very close to the hotel - authentic Spanish experience. We felt very safe in this district. - Carpets on 5th floor appeared to need deep cleanin
