We stayed at there for our honeymoon. We had high expectations for our "BIG" trip and wanted the best. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helped us out with our attempts at speaking Spanish. The rooms were clean and "roomy" with a great bathroom. There was a large bathtub and the separate shower had excellent water pressure -important for us. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Not only did they have first class food for everyone's taste but champagne or cava was available along with sherry-nice touch. The bar was also great and my husband had a great time getting to know the bartender who was a wealth of local information and tourist tips. We have been wanting to go back since we left! The location is also great. We could walk to everything--and I am not a great "walker!" I have no complaints--which is unusual as I am quite picky especially when it comes to cleanliness and water pressure!!!

Rooms were excellent, clean linen every day with tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful bathroom and overall decor. Staff are excellent, cheerful, helpful but retain the class of the hotel.

Location was excellent,2 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya. Employees were fanatasic in recommending places of interest and resturants. Bathroom was huge! however the bedroom was the same size. Overall would still recommend to anyone for the location and price.

Good Location but small rooms I have spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was one of the tiniest rooms that I have ever stayed in overlooking to a dark corridor. But still, it had a very nice decoration and fortunately the bathroom was pretty big. It was worth for the money I paid for my stay.

Hotel H10 Universitat in the heart of Barcelona was a fantastic experience. The service is in top - and the rooms are great. We truely enjoyed our stay in Barcelona more because of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Very central but on a busy street and the immediate area isn't very atmospheric. Public parking in a garage at a discounted price across the street. Very warm welcome with cava, beautiful, smallish room decorated in a mock Japanese style. Very clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff. 2 public computers in lobby. Didn't bother with breakfast which was 14 euros - it cost us 2.50 euros in a small cafe across the street. Overall very nice, we were sad we couldn't stay there again on our return to Barcelona a week later.

We were a bit concerned prior to our stay as we are a couple with a 11-month old baby. As soon as we booked our stay on line we made it clear to the hotel that we would need a baby bed for our son. They immediately replied that it was no problem and that the service was free of charge. When we arrived we were relieved to find that the room was big enough and perfectly in line with the description advertised on the hotel's website. The other huge plus was the restaurant (which I would recommend to any one, yummy!) and the micro-wave oven that we could use any time to heat our baby's food. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were really friendly. The other great advantage is the car park, situated seconds from the hotel, where the Universitat clients enjoy special rates (50% off the normal price).
