H10 Marina Barcelona

The twinroom was very small though they kept it very clean and bathroom was fine. Walls were paper thin however. We could hear everything next door, TV, people using toilet etc. at 1am. When we complained about the noise, they said they were full and couldn't change us though in fairness they suggested we ask the guest ourselves to be quiet. When we said we didn't want to go knocking on his door at that time, they suggested trying again the following morning when people checked out. As we had ear plugs we didn't bother changing for our last night though it was still very noisy. Though breakfast was actually gorgeous (for 17euros), when we went for lunch one day in restaurant at 12.30pm, the manager explained as we weren't part of a group,we would have to wait till one pm or order from bar and he escorted us out in front of everyone! We then ordered simple hamburger and fries from bar for 12 euros, it arrived cold at 1.10pm. I asked for it to be reheated and about 10 mins later it arrived back. Hamburger heated, fries not. We could have gone to restaurant afterall. Gave up and ate the fries as so hungry. Asked for iron to be sent to room. It never arrived however one box of complementary biscuits,one extra large bathrobe and one pair of outsize slippers were delivered for two women which was funny. Internet access was free which was good. Swimming pool surprisingly small and 14 euros to swim so we opted for beach. Wouldn't recommend as a four star hotel. Functional geared to business clients but not for tourists and staff were not too interested. The nearest metro was Bogatell only ten minutes walk but at night as it is in an industrial area is very isolated so we ended up getting taxis from city back to hotel at night as it could be dodgy. Wouldn't stay there again.

Nice looking hotel, with very bad service... Just to start, the maid opened the door early in the morning and went inside the room without even knocking... not once, but everyday, even after we've complained at the reception. Also, noisy repairs where being performed early in the morning... Filled a complaint at the Cataluña tourist office, as this is unacceptable for a hotel of this category... Wouldn't stay there again, ever...

This hotel was amazing, price for the quality was fantastic. The facilities offered in the hotel, like the pool, and the computers and the lounge were also really enjoyabel. I would definatly stay again.

Staying in this hotel was a pleasant suprise, as the quality of this brand new accomodation was higher that the one we expected.

Very good value for money. This is hotel is worth its 4 stars. In a very nice area of barcelona, close to port olympia. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place for not much money

we had a very pleasent stay,the hotel was lovely and clean.the room was very spacious and well decorated.the bar closed too early,about 12oclock

Though the hotel is very cute, clean and sophisticated, the staff was pretty bad and did not help us when we had so many problems in 2 days of stay. Servents got into the room when we were taking a nap, they never told us the price of the laundry and charged over 100 euros for 7 pieces, I booked a double room they just had twin.

Hotel H10 Marina Barcelona meet my expectation and exceed my expectation in terms of competence and friendlyness of employees (from Reception, Restaurants, lobby-bar). Thank you for pleasant stay!!!!
