+ Excellent location, good soundproofing on windows. - The floor was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before getting into bed, or putting on socks. the owner asked us to pay an extra 25 euros than the total price quoted by easytobook. the owner said there was a misunderstanding with easytobook and that we should pay the extra and seek reimbursement from easytobook. apparently this has happened previously and needs to be fixed by easytobook and the owner, not the customer.

- There was nobody there to meet us when we arrived

+ Big rooms at silent place, but noisy when workers (building workers) do their dont. - Washing maschine can not spin and we must buy daily necessaries as salt, peber and sugar.

+ The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and well furnished. The location was excellent and the double glazing kept out street noise. - We were kept waiting for the keys in a very busy and narrow street. Shower was very small and uncomfortable to

+ Paula at the office welcomed us warmly and could not have been more helpful. gave us loads of information on the city and made us feel so welcome

+ Very clean, well equipped and in a good position. - No way of contacting staff. a direct phone link in the lobby would be a good idea. check in very poor. could not reach a representative by 'phone when i arrived at girona airport as was requested. i hoped that having e-mailed the previous day to confirm our time of arrival someone would be waiting for us. no one waiting for us at accommodation. we were let into the building by another guest who had had a similar experience when they arrived. luckily a maintenance man who arrived to fix the door contacted the office and a lady was sent to check us into the apartment. this was very poor as i was travelling alone with my two daughters and did not expect to have to stand on the doorstep waiting to be let in.

+ Very close to the ramble central to the city well equiped and comfortable - Only one key to room one sofa for 4 of us too cramped perhaps a comfortable chair

+ Good location. good size apartment. some confusion about calling for the keys to be brought to us but we waited only about 20 minutes.

+ The apartment was fabulous! very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. parking was close. the location was right off the chaos of the rambla but very quiet! we would definitely book this apartment again. it was great value, great location, and had everything we needed. - The only hitch was upon arriving. the confirmation really wasn't clear that there is no form of reception at any time and the office was quite far away. i emailed to say i was arriving around 6 pm and they assumed i was coming by air, but we were coming by car so we got there and then had to wait 20 min for someone to come in, after finding a phone booth nearby and figuring out how to call... we ran out of soap, toilet paper and dry towels and there was no form of housekeeping that came in to replenish them in the 3 days we were there.

+ Location was excellent, clean, and included everything you need in a modern enviroment - Tv and safe did not work
