The spectacular and fabulously located 55m2 Decimononico Apartments sleep up to 4 people in the hip and central Borne area, near all the major sites of Barcelona including the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum and walking distance to the beach!The area is perfect for exploring historical Barcelona, just steps away from the tree lined Passeig del Born which is flanked by medieval buildings including the beautiful XIII century Santa Maria del Mar church. The “passeig” has outdoor cafes perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a late afternoon beer. There are also dozens of specialty boutiques in the area well worth exploring, and several gourmet shops and top rated restaurants for those with distinguishing palates. The building has several designer apartments, with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and in soothing and harmonious colours. All the apartments have one bedroom with a large double bed and 2 single sofa beds to sleep a total of 4 people. There are balconies which allow natural light to enter the flats, an unusual feature in an area with narrow medieval streets. The chosen appartment lies in a good environment in the historical part of Barcelona (in 10 min. distance to the sea). Barcelona is a rather expensive city though was the appartment, too. But we can understand. We liked it.

+ fantastic location-very quiet and safe area of town.close to the gotic quarter and las ramblas. Will definately be staying at this hotel again-recommended to everyone!!!!

Great located near beach and El Born, clean and roomy apartment with king size bed, sofa arrangement, dining table and a new kitchen. The kitchen needed some more utensils to be really usefull though and the chairs were almost falling apart.

+ Hotel staff friendly, location excellent, central but no noise from the street. - There was no cleaning, which was known to us, but no extra toilet paper. Not a problem otherwise, but no shops close to the hotel, some trouble to find it.

+ The absolute marvellous, quite place even though it is situated midst in the old part and the beautiful, spacious flat extremly nice renovated. - The issue that there was no note at the door where to find the key as we arrived just beforfe 9pm.
