+ Great location minutes walk away from la ramblas and close to metro exit perfect for transportation to city, bus station and airport as we flew into girona airport was excellent connections. four girls staying in one room served our needs was very clean shower was great and clean towels were supplied every day fab.. had a great time would definitely go back to condestable.. - The only negative point that we all thought was when we arrived at hotel all shattered and tried to get some sleep before venturing out in the night was corridor can be noisy drilling, doors slamming and we were close to lift and a function room of some sort that was the only downfall of the hotel but that was early evening and first thing in the morning that is what you expect really but that was just minor irritations barcelona in itself and sunshine made up for that and it was soon forgotten....

+ Think we were lucky, we booked a quad room and ended up with double adjoining rooms each with 3 beds and its own bathroom so plenty of room for all of us - The decor is very poor the concrete hallways with no carpets all give a poor impression. the walls are paper thin but we were only there for the football so were not in the rooms very long

Honestly can't fault this place at all. It was exactly what we were looking for, cheap and cheerful! We were right in the city centre about a 5 min walk to La Rambla. We only slept here, I don't know if they even serve breakfast! Probably wouldn't recommend it for a long break - we only waited 2 nights. The staff organised a taxi for us and seem friendly and helpful.

+ The location is excellent, right down the street from la rambla . - The rooms smelled a little and the beds were not that comfortable.

+ Very good location. and very clean hotel in downtown. but i forgot my digital electronic watch (with alarm and stop watch) under my pillow. my watch is very easy to identify, it got half of the wrist strap lost already. the watch looks worth nothing for some one else but it mean a lot for me. i will appreciate a lot if you can help me to inform them to put it into an envelope and send me back, xilin zhang 18 nicholson pointe claire quebec canada h9r 6a2 - Parking for checkin is headache

+ The location was excellent. there is a metro stop right by the front door and bus stops very close by. la rambla is within walking distance. the room rate was as cheap as we could find at the time of making the reservation. the front desk staff were for the most part helpful and pleasant. - The hotel itself was pretty drab and dreary and although it was relatively clean, it looked pretty beat up. you could hear noise from other rooms. only two eletrical outlets in the room and the free wi-fi was unreliable. if you spent a limited amount of time in your room, as we did, this was tolerable, but i would not stay here again.

+ Staff were efficient and the hotel was centrally located. room was clean and big. room facilities were adequate if a little shabby and worn in places. - We had a problem with the air conditioning unit dripping water onto one of the beds. however, when this was pointed out to the reception staff, it was quickly remedied. as a one or two night stay, i would say the hotel was fine but i wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay as there were not enough facilities on offer or luxuriant enough to spend any time in the hotel apart from sleeping.
