+ There should be free internet in the room - The bed was too small and too soft;

+ Staff V helpfull - The room is too small for the price.

- The receptionist did not call taxi if both of us did not stay in hotel, even one person was waiting inside, another one waited outsider with luggage in order to save time. we felt they did not trust us. regarding this point, we did like it.

+ Clean, near metro station - Far avay from city centre, small window, small room

+ Open bar - Lack of areas signalation, like lift, rooms & soacial areas

+ Everything was good from a budget hotel perspective except that the room rate is high - 80 pounds a day is very costly for this kind of hotel.

+ Kind staff - The location is too far from the town

+ The staff was somewhat friendly, better than my average experience in spain, which i did not enjoy. - The walls are paper thin so it was very noisy. i knocked on my door and the neighbor opened theirs. it was on a busy street far from downtown. hated it! would recommend it to no one.

+ hotel staff was very nice and they offer us a lot of information of Barcelona, the cleanliness of our room was good - the beds was small that I expected to be, it is very necessary that the acces on the Internet to be free at the reception

+ Pleasant, comfortable surroundings. - Elements of trim in bathroom worn
