best hotel i have ever stayed in. friendly people great service and the food was superb! we will deffinatly stay there again.

Plus points: - nice hotel - great location - average breakfast - friendly staff Negative points - previous customer's underwear in bedside cabinet - no shampoo - poor TV reception on channel 17 Probably would stay there again.

This was a great hotel. In this case, location was key. We had never been to Barcelona so we booked this hotel blindly. It seemed like the obvious choice because of the price and because of the free breakfast and not to mention it's location. The hotel itself is about 2 city blocks from the subway. I would recommend taking the subway system directly from the airport, as it's so much cheaper than taking a cab. A cab back to the airport at the end of the stay cost us about $40 US. We walked off the subway, up the stairs to a beautiful old city. We walked the 2 blocks and walked into the lobby of our hotel. The hotel itself is tiny. You can miss it if you are walking too fast or not looking up. The service was really friendly at the front desk. We got to our room and this was really the only disappointing factor. If you are a couple, the room was quaint. For two friends, this room was way too small. I tried to change the room, but the front desk told us all the rooms were booked. We made the best of it. Cleaning service came on time and was detailed. We had fresh sheets and towels everyday. Breakfast was great. Not like any other buffet style. You are greeted to warm eggs and breads, meats and coffee. Definitely worth the price to stay here for the breakfast since most places in Barcelona do not open until after 10 am. This hotel is located in the beginning of Las Ramblas which is the main street where you can find tourist shops, clothing stores, tons of places to eat, flower stands in the middle and street performers. This hotel is located just far away enough to where you are away from the commotion of the busy street, but close enough to all the action.

Great location friendly staff rooms size and decor very basic

Very cental & good area. Close to Tourist Information & pick up point for City Tourist bus. Lovely room & good breakfast.

I spent one night at Atlantis Hotel. Very small, dark single room that asks for refurbishing. Location very good though, at the very center of Barcelona and within a walking distance of the most places one should see when visiting Barcelona for the first time.

This hotel is located about a block away from Las Ramblas. Excellent location and service! It was really easy to get their from the airport via the A1 bus. I would definitely stay there again!

The location of this hotel is very good, close to all the major attractions.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, CENTRAL, NEAR EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS, SHOPS AND SIGHTS. NEAR TOURIST BUS ROUTE AND TRAINS. EXCELLENT BUFFET BREAKFAST WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. ROOM CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND GOOD AMENITIES. WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND.
