Nica and spacious appartment in the heart of Barcelona

Apt. is very old and needs repairs. When in showers, water fluctuates between hot and cold. One toilet tank ran and leaked constantly. The next building is being renovated, so a jack hammer starts by 8 a.m every morning. The reason we chose an apt was so that we were able to have breakfast in the room. There was no coffee pot and very few dishes to use. Our key got stuck in the door one night and the manager had to come and get it out. My husband had to wait a long time for them to arrive outside. They were very rude about it, when it was not our fault. We could have left it there and have the whole building left open! Washer was broken too. I should have just stayed in a hotel.

The hotel surroundings is excellent, close to Ramblas, resturants, shops. This place is very good for a large family (up to 7-8 people) with 4 bedrooms. This is not a luxury appartment, but all necessary things and tools are available - and we can give our best recommandations.

Location was very good close to Las Ramblas and Catalunya Square. Washing machine did not work. Although hotel was a bit noisy we still enjoyed being amongst it all always lots happening in the square outside. Unpleasant damp smell in foyer of Hotel.

Enormous apartment in the center of Barcelona!! Three doubles rooms, one single room, two complete bathrooms and a big dining and lounge room with a huge window facing on a walking area!! I would stay there again!!

This apartment overlooks a little square right off a main pedestrian zone that leads to the plaza catalunya. This means it is an easy walk to Bari-Gothic, the beach, Ramblas, Metro, Airport Bus, Groceries, and countless other items. If you are a city person (we were all from NYC area and London) this will make you feel right at home, you walk out the door and into the city! The apartment is HUGE, 4 large bedrooms, a living room, dining area, 2 full baths, elevator access, and a wonderful view of the cathedral from the master bedroom. The hostess was wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. When (not if!) I go back to Barcelona, I will use them again!!!

Situated in a modern building right in the town center this is in ideal place to visit the town. Two sleeping-rooms are very nice, the other two are OK. One bed was not comfortable. The appartment will require some refurnishment in two or three years. Today it is a very good option for a weekend trip with friends.

This apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, stones throw away from the La Ramblas, the airport transfer and the Bus turistic (that will take you to the rest of the sightseeing places in Barcelona). Location wise, this place is value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only disappointment that we felt was the hot water system was not very efficient, otherwise this place would have been perfect apartment capable of accomodating a large group of people.

Hotel staff was very kindness and room was comfortable,too. We psend nice time.
