Good. Easy access by metro from anywhere in Barcelona. Just a 5 mins walk away from metro station, however, not near any fast food or restaurant. Will recommend this hotel if you prefer some quietness away from crowd/central.

Should we have complained more feverishly to the staff, you ask? If we had, what could they have done, really? When we did raise a ruckus, it was like staring at deer caught in the headlights.

Average hotel. Good restaurant and breakfast. Sufficient for travelers with families, since we only need space for sleeping and good breakfast in the morning. Otherwise we are out sightseeing from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Room was very cramped and noisy.

Room so small could barely squeeze around bed. Paper thin walls, marble floor equals extremely noisy, could hear all neighbors activities and cell phones. Lock to room door didn't work and they couldn't fix it so I had to get let in every time. Hotel literature in room outdated so it gave me the wrong number for the front desk and I couldn't get through and had to trudge down in my pajamas. Alarm in TV. didn't work. Bed uncomfortable. Full of noisy teenaged looking travelers. Felt like a hostel. Trouble from the start when they couldn't find my reservation.

Friendly personnel Never ever should this hotel be rated as 4 star hotel. Right rating would be 2 stars. A big disappointment!

Additionally, they didn't have any rooms with a bed for 2. We ended up with two twins. Not what we wanted for our honeymoon.

This hotel is not worth the price. The walls must be made of paper as you can hear every sound from adjacent rooms as well as traffic noise. Also, there was no breakfast included in the price which is usual and customary for most hotels. On the positive side, the metro is directly across the street and 4 stops from Placa Catalunya. Also it is a pretty easy walk to Sagrada family cathedral.
