Thanks to the great location, guests can visit the historical centre of the city and use public transport to reach other sights. This quiet, light loft measures 95m2 and sleeps four. There is a semi-separate bedroom and a large lounge with a double sofa bed. The apartment also boasts a designer bathroom and a good kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all of the usual utensils. Guests will also find air conditioning, heating, a TV and a CD player.The apartment is well located at just 5 minutes from Placa de Catalunya and other places of interest such as Passeig de Gracia with Gaudi's famous houses, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Barcelona's extensive public transport network will take you to all sights a little further away. Total comfort in the city centre!You must leave a deposit of 150 euros which will be returned to you on departure if the apartment is left in the same condition it was found on arrival, minus 50€ for cleaning.
